Zoë Walker is a Policy Associate at the Benton Institute for Broadband & Society. She supports the Broadband State Education Project, and runs the Blue Ridge Broadband Bulletin newsletter. Prior to joining Benton, Zoë worked as a Digital Inclusion Intern for the Building A New Digital Economy for North Carolina (BAND-NC) program at the Institute for Emerging Issues. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from North Carolina State University.
