Kennedy is a former Lead for NC Fellow (AmeriCorps) and SECU Fellow who serves as a Project Manager with Land of Sky WestNGN. His work helps expand broadband access in the Western North Carolina area, particularly through the Device Refurbishment Program in the wake of Hurricane Helene. He looks forward to expanding opportunities in Western North Carolina through his work in DRP, The Blue Ridge Broadband Alliance, and with his work with Community Stakeholders. Kennedy is a Native of the area, having grown up in Woodfin, and graduating from UNC Asheville.
